Comprehensive Mental Health Assessment (2-3 hours direct assessment plus completion of a formal report) - Starting at $345...

• Recommended for those seeking referral to private inpatient or residential treatment centres, referrals to Psychiatry or Addictions Medicine, requiring a report for insurance, disability benefit, and/or other applications, or whom have a complex family and/or medical history. 
• A complete, comprehensive mental health assessment exploring all domains of mental wellness (biological, psychological, psychosocial).
• Identification and exploration of any mental health concerns or conditions.
• A thorough examination of your personal history throughout the lifespan in all domains of life (biological, psychological, spiritual, emotional, & social).
• Exploration of Family and Collateral History, as required or appropriate Substance Use Assessment, inclusive of screening for problematic use patterns
• A Clinical Formulation with Provisional Diagnoses per DSM 5 Criterion and Standardized Formatting 
• A formal assessment of current functioning per the WHO Disability Assessment Schedule.
• Treatment and follow-up recommendations
• Referrals (as deemed appropriate)

NEW PATIENT Individual Counselling [Age 12 & Up] (1.5 Hour) - $170 

• Need someone to talk to? Going through a rough time? 
• Individual Counselling tailored to your identified needs
• First session involves a basic mental health assessment and care plan formulation

NEW PATIENT Pediatric Counselling [Age 5-11] (1.5-2 Hours) - $195** 

• Initial Pediatric Focused assessment and therapeutic counselling tailored to chronological and developmental age
• A Parent or Legal Guardian must sign consent and be present to provide history for the first session.
• An assessment to determine current family dynamics, chilld functioning, & developmental history is completed in the initial assessment. 

SUBSEQUENT/ RETURNING Patient Counselling Sessions [All Ages]

• Subsequent 60 Minutes: $140 
• Subsequent 30 Minutes (Offered Virtually Only): $75

*All Home Based Assessment & Counselling Sessions cost an additional $15 above the virtual or in-office option, to cover additional costs incurred for travel time and reasonable overhead. 

**Please note that for Children under the age of 12, prices are higher due to advances education and experience required to effectively work with this age group at a developmentally appropriate level.
